The ordering procedure is simple:

A deposit of 33.13 % is required at time of order. Deposits may be made with VISA, MasterCard, Discover or personal check. The balance is paid upon delivery to carrier via cashier's check, certified check, money order or personal check. Credit cards CANNOT BE ACCEPTED at time of delivery. Freight charges are also paid upon delivery via the same certified funding methods listed above.

All sales are final, but we do extend support via the manufacturer's guarantee. No returns or exchanges will be excepted at Knight Galleries Inc. Cancellations cannot be accepted after fabric is cut or merchandise has been shipped from the manufacturer. Cancellations are subjected to approval from manufacturer ONLY. Failure to accept merchandise that cannot be cancelled will result in forfeiture of deposit.

All accepted orders are subjected to manufacturer's ability to produce and carriers ability to transport merchandise. Knight Galleries Inc is NOT responsible for delays or expeditions.

Shipments are delivered, placed and assembled in your home. The cartons are broken down, but not returned. If there is a problem with an item that our delivery personnel cannot repair, return that specific item only. You may deduct two-thirds of the cost of that returned item. This amount will be collected when the returned item has been re-delivered as such items are not subjected to a second delivery fee.

Furniture is sold without any warranty of fitness or purpose. YOU are responsible in determining whether merchandise will fit through doorways, stairwells, corridors and elevators. Hoisting and other extraordinary measures are the responsibility of the customer. We only offer the manufacturer's guarantee of quality and cannot guarantee your new furniture will match existing furniture.

These methods of delivery may be used:

• Contract carriers - These locally based transportation companies specialize in furniture. They inspect, crate, and secure the merchandise for safe shipment to you. Upon delivery they uncrate and setup the merchandise in your home or office.
• Common carriers - Common carriers are available for delivery thoughout the United States.
• Customer Pickup - Some customers may wish to arrange for on-site pickup.

NOTE: Our carriers are responsible business people with whom we enjoy good relations. However on rare occassions accidents happen. Therefore we suggest you inspect and report any damage at time of delivery. We work with the carriers to repair or replace your valued furniture.
